We are proud to announce that calls for two new projects for grant-funded places, in the discipline of Earth and Environmental Sciences, were launched on 10 September.
The projects’ topics:
Modelling of subsurface melt in Blue Ice Areas (Supervisor: Dr Michał Pętlicki; , petlicki@igf.edu.pl) – Candidate registration continues until 29 September 2024
Ocean mixed layer dynamics under freezing and highly turbulent conditions – laboratory measurement and numerical modelling (Supervisor: Dr. Agnieszka Herman, Prof. IO PAN, agaherman@iopan.pl) – Registration of candidates lasts until 30 September 2024.
A second round of recruitment for the project has also been launched:
Enhancing paleoseismological record through multi-methods cave deformation analysis tested in diverse Hellenides tectonic regimes (Supervisor: Jacek Szczygieł Ph.D. Prof. UŚ; jacek.szczygiel@us.edu.pl) – Candidate registration lasts until 20 October 2024.
